ABS Assessment
The assessment consists of a robust questionnaire that explores each element of the Agile Business System. The collective answers determine how mature the organization is in specific practices within each element of the ABS and provides ideas to participants of how to improve.

ABS Assessment Report
The ABS report is visual representation of the collective responses to the questionnaire. We use this powerful tool during a debrief with the client where we help the client interpret the results and understand the implications and opportunities. At the end of the debrief you will at least have a few clear ideas for improvement. At this point you will also know whether we are the right partners to help your company scale up to the next level.

Interactive Workshop
Once a client decides to partner with us, we conduct an interactive event with key leaders and employees to align everyone around the results of the assessment, the aspirations of the company, the opportunities for improvement, and the work that is required to achieve the aspirations. During this workshop the group will develop a roadmap and agree on roles and responsibilities. The goal is clear alignment, commitment, and mutual accountability to execute the plan.
