Marcelino Sanchez

Marcelino is an Organizational Change and Opex practitioner, trainer, and coach. His project portfolio includes change management capability building, strategy deployment, M&A, corporate transformations, deploying lean/six sigma, Union/Management partnerships, employee engagement, and implementing operating systems among others. He has coached managers and change agents throughout the world at all levels including CEOs, executive teams, managers, project teams, and task forces.

Prior to consulting, Marcelino worked in Learning and Development at Brigham Young University. At Bell Helicopter, he held roles in HR, Project Management, and Six Sigma before moving to Textron, Inc. as the head of Global Change Management supporting the CEO’s transformation agenda. He also volunteers as a senior leader and member of the clergy for his church.

Don Palombella

A skilled and experienced Lean Practitioner providing tactical & strategic business solutions in the Aerospace, Life Safety, and Industrial Manufacturing markets, and national security advisory services in Energy Policy & Infrastructure, Don’s skillsets include many cycles of learning in Lean Tool Deployment, Site Readiness, Lean Training, Facility & Cell Layout, Operating Systems, Management of Change, Operations, Material & Inventory Control, and Leadership Management.

Don has extensive experience using lean methodologies to enable organizations continuously improve their capability and enable business leaders to navigate the challenges of a growing enterprise, through a flexible approach to guiding the organization, getting the work done, and engaging every person in achieving results.

Prior to consulting, Don held various roles of increasing responsibility within various divisions of Honeywell. Roles included Operations Leadership, Strategic Sourcing, Site HOS Leader, Director of Honeywell Operating System (HOS), Director of Global HOS Process & Maturity. He was most recently Director of Operations at Mercury Systems.

Maria Grzanka

Maria Grzanka is a continuous improvement instructor, facilitator, and coach with over 20 years of experience process improvement, supply chain, and operations management experience in a variety of industries. She has rich experience practicing Lean, primarily focused on business processes. She designs and facilitates custom workshops for organizations and serves as a coach to leaders looking to develop a continuous improvement culture.

Areas of Expertise: Maria has led process improvement initiatives in areas including operations, S&OP, IT, continuous improvement, operations excellence, project management, and change management.

Maria is an expert problem solver, skilled facilitator, change manager, and leadership coach focused on helping clients remove obstacles and create flow. She has helped launch Lean in over 200 facilities.

Maria has worked for companies such as Quantum Leaders, Con-way Freight, XPO Logistics, Vestas, Tektronix, and she is a faculty member at the Center for Executive and Professional Education at Portland State University. She earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University and earned her black belt certification in LeanSigma in 2005.

Marsha McCarthy

Accomplished, energetic leader with years of experience in multiple industries, including Aerospace and Defense, Energy, Finance, HealthCare, and Manufacturing. Her expertise includes Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration, strategic planning, business development, sales, operations, organizational performance, inventory management, enterprise policy and procedure framework, and sales and operational planning.

Prior to consulting, Marsha spent 14 years with several Textron business units, including Textron Systems Corporation (TSC) as the head of M&A integration; Jacobsen, as head of Strategy and Business Development, Six Sigma, Sales Administration and member of Textron’s Corporate Strategy and Marketing Council, Globalization Council; and a founding member of Jacobsen’s Diversity and Inclusion Program.

Laurel Martin

Laurel Martin, a senior associate consultant with Agilityze, is a dynamic change leader who helps companies transform their clarity, mindset, and systems so they can pursue their purpose with greater impact. Her recent work includes executive leadership team development, continuous improvement, and strategy deployment. She is particularly adept at facilitating groups through solving a problem or achieving a daunting goal, while teaching the skills and confidence of effective business management. She is a compassionate individual coach of the C-suite, middle managers, and frontline staff.

Laurel’s clients include large global consumer goods companies, large national logistics companies, and smaller manufacturers and retailers. She has a particular expertise in diverse logistics operations (warehouse & distribution, shipping terminals, marine services, and retail operations).
