He was most recently Director of Operations at Mercury Systems.
Maria Grzanka
Maria Grzanka is a continuous improvement instructor, facilitator, and coach with over 20 years of experience process improvement, supply chain, and operations management experience in a variety of industries. She has rich experience practicing Lean, primarily focused on business processes. She designs and facilitates custom workshops for organizations and serves as a coach to leaders looking to develop a continuous improvement culture.
